2024 Pricing for Legacy Subscription Renewals

The 2024 pricing for Maintenance to Complete subscription renewals will become effective starting January 1, 2024, and will represent a 10% increase over 2023 prices.

This affects customers who are due for renewal and upgrading from Maintenance to Complete subscription as well as those who have previously upgraded to a Bluebeam Complete subscription plan that are now due for renewal in 2024 and beyond.

Prices are NOT changing on Jan 1 for the following:

  • List price for MSRP subscription (i.e. net new and renewals of net new)
  •  Open License to Complete subscription upgrades and renewals

Why are we doing this?

This increase reflects the continuation of Bluebeam’s Maintenance to Subscription Upgrade conversion
offer, so in that sense we are doing what we said we would do, following through with our subscription
transformation and business strategy.
Legacy Maintenance customers (i.e. those who are upgrading or already have upgraded to subscription) enjoy remarkably low pricing thanks to Bluebeam’s generous cost-neutral subscription upgrade offer. This increase is part of a long-term pricing schedule to bring their pricing more in line with market value and contribute to our business growth, and it will help fund continued and increased investments in products and services that help Bluebeam users be more productive and build better.

Updated pricing is effective for applicable transactions processed starting January 1, 2024. Future pricing for legacy subscription renewals will increase by up to 10% on January 1 of each new year, consistent with the terms of the Subscription Upgrade conversion offer.

What recent and upcoming value can we remind to help justify this increase?

Recently we’ve added new markup, measurement, and document management capabilities to Revu 21, and we continue to enhance Bluebeam Cloud functionality for markups, easier collaboration, and more.In the future, customers can expect continued enhancements to Revu 21, more robust user management capabilities, streamlined collaboration in Studio, more web and mobile capabilities, time-saving new innovations made possible by Bluebeam Cloud and artificial intelligence (AI), and much more. We have exciting plans and projects in development, and we can’t wait to share them with our customers.

Will Bluebeam increase the list price of MSRP subscriptions in the future?

Like most businesses, Bluebeam constantly evaluates and periodically adjusts its pricing. We may change other prices in the future, but right now we are only increasing the price of legacy subscription renewals.

You’re telling me that my price will increase 10% each year for many years to come. I want more details about future roadmap and enhancements. What can I expect for these increasingly higher prices?
