How do I make Revu my default PDF viewer?

You can do this within the Bluebeam Administrator, but it’s best to get straight to the heart of it and make this change on the Windows side of things.

Windows 7 or 8: You can right-click any PDF that is saved on your desktop or on a local drive > Open with > Choose default program > Choose Bluebeam Revu. Now Revu will be your default PDF viewer.

Windows 10: You can right-click any PDF that is saved on your desktop or on a local drive > Open with > Choose another app > Select Bluebeam Revu at the top > Check the box at the bottom that says, “Always use this app to open .pdf files” > Click OK. Now Revu will be your default PDF viewer.
